How discreet is the packaging?
Plain cardboard box with no visible branding or logos. Return address shows 'TBP Inc.' Customs declarations also use the corporate name for privacy.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International orders typically 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.
Do you ship worldwide?
Canada, the UK, Australia, and EU countries. Duties are included in your checkout price, so no surprise fees when it arrives.

What's the return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. We accept returns on used products—condition doesn't matter. Returned items are recycled and never resold.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on every device. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone damage. Free replacement or repair with no shipping charges.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with a photo and order number. We send a replacement same-day in most cases and provide a prepaid return label.

What are they made of?

Is it waterproof?
Yes—IPX7 rated and fully submersible up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Safe for showers, baths, and poolside use.
How quiet is the motor?
33–48 dB depending on speed—quieter than a soft conversation. Independently tested by an audiology lab.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes per charge, depending on intensity. Full charge in 90 minutes via the included USB-C magnetic charger.
How do I clean it?
